Hi Adrian,
When I first had the hypnotism session, I instantly lost any cravings, I felt I had a completely different attitude to it - it wasn't an addiction and I didn't need to do it any more.
In certain circumstances (eg pub after 6 pints), temptation started to return and I know I even gave in occasionally, but the next day I had absolutely no interest and couldn't stand the smell on my clothes.
In that environment now I don't even think about it.
