The Gastric Hypno Band™ consists of 5 stages:

1. A thorough initial consultation to establish eating and weight
   history, any questions you may have answered, the process explained

   you will be invited to progress to the next stage. If you are not
   completely satisfied you can leave the process with absolutely no cost
   to you.
   The integrity of Gastric Hypno Band™ is paramount of importance to us
   and our clients that why we make no charges at this stage and will
   invite only suitable clients to proceed. This session lasts between
   45-90 minutes
2. The second session is where the work begins using all the
   information gathered in session 1 a programme will be formulated
   specifically for you, combining the latest developments in Hypnosis,
   Neuro Linguistic Programming, CBT & Psychotherapy. Clearing any blocks
   to why you have not succeeded in the past and preparing mind and body
   for the upcoming Gastric Hypno Band™.
3. The Gastric Hypno Band Session your mind will be taken on journey
   through the actual process of Gastric Band Surgery resulting in mind
   and body fully accepting the procedure and the following consequences
   of considerably smaller stomach and eating capacity.
4. The adjustment session to be taken any time after two weeks from
   session 3 ,we find that many clients are so successful and happy with
   the results that they in fact never need this session. But It is there
   for you if you ever need it , there is no time limit to this session.
5. A second adjustment session if needed again with no time limit.
